COVID-19 Notice
COVID-19 update from Fisher Heights Chiropractic Clinic
Although masking mandates have been lifted for the majority of indoor spaces as of March 21st, 2022 in Ontario, the Ontario Ministry of Health, as well as the governing colleges of all the Fisher Heights Chiropractic Clinic health care practitioners, still require masks to be worn in health care settings. This includes Fisher Heights Chiropractic Clinic. These guidelines will remain in place until at least June 11, 2022 and apply to all patients and health care providers.
We thank you for continuing to assist us in following the health guidelines and wearing a mask while attending our clinic.
We continue to maintain Covid-19 health and safety standards and protocols. We can assure you that our foremost concern is of yours and our clinic’s safety so we may maintain helping you with the same level of care and expertise. Safety and comfort is a top priority, as well as your ease of mind.
We practice the following measures on a daily basis:
- If you are not feeling well, you are required to let us know in advance of your appointment.
- Hand sanitizer is readily available at our reception and in all treatment rooms. We ask that you sanitize upon entry and exit from the clinic.
- Plexiglass screens are in place at our reception desks.
- Our Clinic Health Assistants will screen each patient.
- Appointments have been modified and spaced to permit social distancing and limiting the number of patients in the clinic for care at a given time. Elderly patients and those with chronic illness are scheduled on a case by case basis to accommodate their special needs.
- Our healthcare providers and staff will wear PPE while caring for you, as per requirements of their regulatory body
- Our clinics will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for the start of each business day. Throughout the day we will ensure treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitized following every patient visit.
- Patients will be required to wear a mask to their scheduled appointment time
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance to avoid contact between patients. Walk-in patients are NOT permitted.
- Patients are required to enter the clinic only at the time of their scheduled appointment.
- We prefer only the person who is scheduled for the appointment to enter the clinic. Exceptions include if you need another person to assist you into the treatment room or for guardians accompanying a minor. If you have a family member or friend who brings you to an appointment they will need to remain in their vehicle during the appointment.
We are pleased to be helping others during this unusual time. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work hard to maintain our level of service and safety for everyone involved.
